School Vacation Rhymes with Cooking

The boys have had four hours a day of swim practice over the February school break, four days a week. Today was their day off, so we took full advantage.

Last year we got them started cooking, but this year they've been so busy with swimming and homework that they haven't had time. Today, Benjamin made us chimichangas for lunch, and Noah made us taco soup for dinner. Yum!

For his year, Noah placed 2nd in 200-meter backstroke and 3rd in 50-meter breaststroke today.

Benjamin had a swim meet on his home turf today at Villers-Cotterêts.

He placed 2nd in 50-meter backstroke and 3rd in 100-meter backstroke. He dropped 6 seconds on his 100-meter backstroke, 3 on his 100-meter freestyle, and 1 on his 50-meter freestyle.
