President Macron spoke tonight and announced that the current confinement measures will continue through May 11th.
After that, the current plan is that we will be progressively de-confined. Places like bars, restaurants, movie theaters will remain closed longer. He hopes to re-open schools early, since there are children who are unable to keep up due to lack of means or lack of parental involvement.
Borders with non-European countries are closed "until further notice" at this point.
