Noah finished his twenty hours of lessons through driving school, and the two-hour parent ride-along, so now he is released to drive with us for a minimum of a year and 3000 kilometers. France lowered the driver's license age this year from 18 to 17, so he'll be able to drive alone once he gets his license next year.
Previously, through the accelerated driving program, teenagers could get their license at 17, but not drive alone until 18.
